The prices include:

     A fully equipped house, the consumption of power and water, the cleaning and maintenance of the garden and swimming-pool, the house linen (sheets, blankets, towels for the bathroom), the cleaning of the house twice a week the heating, wifi.

Payment
 Prices include all taxes, service charges. Once the availability and the total cost of the services has been confirmed by our company, usually within 24 hours from your request, your confirmation will be asked for. For reservations, we require a deposit of 20% of the total cost. The remainder sum of total cost with the arrival in the Villa.
